Building Success Together Through Authentic Collaboration
We work alongside restaurants, culinary schools, and food service organizations to create meaningful training programs. Our partnerships are built on shared values and a genuine commitment to preserving traditional Italian pizza-making techniques.
Partnerships That Make Practical Sense
We're not interested in flashy agreements that look good on paper but don't deliver real results. Our partnerships focus on solving actual problems that restaurants and culinary institutions face when training staff.
Since opening our training center in early 2024, we've worked with 14 restaurant groups across Quebec and Ontario. Most partnerships started with a simple conversation about specific challenges—inconsistent dough quality, lack of proper technique training, or staff turnover issues affecting product consistency.
What makes our approach different? We don't pitch standardized programs. Instead, we spend time understanding your operation, your constraints, and what success actually looks like for your business. Then we build something that fits.
What Partnership Actually Involves
Clear expectations matter. Here's what organizations working with us can reasonably expect—no exaggerated claims, just practical outcomes we've consistently delivered.
Tailored Training Frameworks
We develop programs around your existing operations. Whether you need weekend workshops for current staff or comprehensive onboarding for new hires, we design training that fits your schedule and space constraints.
Direct Access to Instructors
Your team gets ongoing support from experienced pizza makers who've run their own operations. Questions don't wait for scheduled sessions—partners have direct contact for troubleshooting and guidance.
Comprehensive Materials
All training includes detailed reference guides, ingredient specifications, and technique documentation. Materials are yours to keep and adapt as needed for your internal processes.
Flexible Scheduling
Restaurant hours don't align with typical training schedules. We work around your operational calendar, including early morning sessions, overnight availability, and seasonal adjustments.
Group Training Options
Bring multiple locations together for consistent training, or work with individual teams for location-specific needs. Both approaches have worked well depending on organizational structure.
Supplier Connections
Access to our network of equipment suppliers and ingredient sources. We introduce partners to vendors we've personally worked with and can vouch for in terms of quality and reliability.
How Partnership Development Works
The process typically unfolds over several weeks. We move at your pace and adjust based on what we learn along the way.
Initial Conversation
We start with a straightforward discussion about your current situation. What's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to accomplish. This usually happens over coffee or during a site visit to see your operation firsthand. No formal presentations—just honest conversation about whether we might be able to help.
Assessment Phase
If there's potential for collaboration, we spend time understanding your operation in detail. This includes observing current processes, talking to staff about their challenges, and identifying specific areas where training could make a meaningful difference. We document everything and share observations transparently.
Program Design
Based on what we've learned, we develop a proposed training framework. This includes specific topics, suggested timeline, resource requirements, and expected outcomes. We review this together and refine until it accurately addresses your needs. Changes during this phase are normal and expected.
Implementation
Training begins according to the agreed schedule. We stay flexible during implementation—if something isn't working as planned, we adjust in real time. Regular check-ins ensure the program remains relevant and effective as circumstances evolve.
Ongoing Support
Partnership doesn't end when formal training concludes. We remain available for questions, periodic refreshers, and guidance as your team encounters new challenges. Most partnerships naturally evolve into long-term collaborative relationships as needs change over time.
Types of Organizations We Work With
Our partnerships span different types of food service operations, each with unique needs. Here's who typically benefits most from collaboration with us.
Restaurant Groups
Multi-location operations needing standardized training across sites. We help establish consistency while allowing for location-specific adaptations. Several groups in the Greater Toronto Area and Montreal have worked with us to develop internal training programs that maintain quality standards as they expand.
Culinary Institutions
Colleges and vocational schools looking to enhance their Italian cuisine programs. We provide specialized instruction in traditional pizza-making techniques that complement broader culinary education. Programs typically run as semester modules or intensive workshops during summer sessions.
Food Service Suppliers
Equipment manufacturers and ingredient distributors who want to offer training support to their restaurant clients. We've partnered with several suppliers to provide technical training that helps their customers get better results from the products they purchase.
